South India Trip – Jaipur – Mumbai – Trivandrum – Poovar
Day’s Description: Not able to sleep properly last night due to this tension that I have to wake up early in the morning for my flight to Trivandrum for our South India Trip. I woke up at 04:00 in the morning and left for the Jaipur Airport. The flight left on time and reached on time to Mumbai.
Mumbai to Trivandrum flight was delayed by 50 Minutes. Finally, we reached to Trivandrum airport.
On arrival, we met our driver Kundrajan (One of the best things that happened to our south India tour). The first thing that we have asked him to do is to take us to any local place to eat something. He took us to and a local restaurant called Vally. Very busy but amazing taste from the land of coconuts.
After checking in to our hotel we relaxed for a while. In the evening the resort people made some basic fishing rod for us to try our hand in Fishing in the river behind the Resort. No luck on fishing but still we ordered fish in the dinner. We have decided that our every meal should have one fish dish in our complete Kerala visit.
About Ashtami: Ashtami was super fine in both the flights. Ashthami keeps on saying that “train hai” means “it’s a train”. During these flights, she learned what a plan is? As when we landed in Mumbai we showed her many planes so now she can recognize what a plane looks like.
Hotel in Poovar: Isola Di Coco Resort: I think the hotel is in a unique location. Its one of the places where you can see one.
